Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.


Non-returnable items: Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


Damaged or defective items: If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 Hour of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


How to start a return: Email us at sales@soulandmoreegy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions within 1–2 business days.


Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.


Shipping costs: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
